Business Meeting
As my good friend Drake says,
“They sayin I’m back, I agree with that.”
Well, friends, Kris Sauter is back for the weekly email…at least for this week.
No longer do you need to cry yourself to sleep, shaking your fist to the skies screaming “Why God did you take Kris’s unquestioned intellect and complex puns from us!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
And what does one write when they have been missed by millio…thousan….hundre….a couple of thirteen-fourteen fans?
Business Meeting
The two words that no human dares mash together in fear of inciting TOO much fun, excitement, and elite joy.
Since I only have one week at this communication before Nikki pries this keyboard from my hands, I choose to live life to the fullest and will mash those words…BUSINESS MEETING!
Yes, friends, we have our annual meeting where I will share all the business of Neighborhood Church from 2020.
There will be (in no particular order):
- Graphs with different colors!
- Financial Reports! (income AND expenses!)
- Revealing of 2021 budget!
- Celebrations from 2020!
- Time to ask all your questions to Kris and the Church Council!
- My friend Drake opening with his hit song “Kris’s emails are dope”
(One of these may not be true)
In all seriousness, the business meeting is vital to our community. We value clarity and honesty. This is a chance to see how we’re using the resources that you entrusted to us as a church. There will be time to share some thoughts and questions on last year as well as what is to come. I really do look forward to having you join us.
Alas, our time on this email must come to an end.
It was the best of times.
We laughed. We cried. We all experienced love in this email.
Your welcome,
Kris Sauter
